Before Sill, as a Project Manager and Estimator, he specialized in property inspections, estimating, documentation, contract negotiations, and guiding commercial and residential property owners through the insurance claims process.
Shawn understands the importance of accurate documentation, detailed estimates, clear communication, and advocating for the clients’ interests throughout the claims process.
He is also a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, serving for over 21 years.
