Sabrina Arguello is an HR Manager with experience in payroll operations, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.
Before joining Sill, she held roles at Loomis Sayles & Company, Amylyx Pharmaceuticals, and ALKU, where she managed payroll teams supporting high‑growth organizations.
At Sill, Sabrina supports the integration of newly acquired companies by aligning HR processes, policies, and culture across a national footprint.
She is also the Treasurer of her local Kappa Delta alumnae chapter and holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from The University of Southern Mississippi.
