Before joining Sill, she held HR roles in different sectors, including Manufacturing, Property Management, and Human Services, supporting HR operations for large employee populations, assisting with payroll, and improving onboarding and HR operational processes.
At Sill, Edelina ensures accurate payroll administration, maintains employee data and systems, and contributes to efficient and compliant HR operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Emmanuel College.
