Ryan Swift came to Sill Company with over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry.

This included roles as an outside property adjuster for Travelers and, prior to that, as an independent adjuster, where he handled liability, casualty, property, commercial auto, and on-scene trucking claims. 

Ryan also worked as an estimator in commercial and residential sales for a general contractor.  This past experience makes him uniquely qualified to assist as both an adjuster and building estimator for Sill and their clients. 

Ryan is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, where he played collegiate football.
