Don Baker has more than 30 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction. Prior to joining Sill, he worked as an estimator and project manager, specializing in restoration.

Don has worked extensively assessing, documenting and representing the scope of damage on claims throughout the United States and Canada, including large loss claims caused by hurricanes.
