Michael C. Perlmuter, JD, President
Michael Perlmuter brings to the Alex N. Sill Company extensive experience in both managing
business and practicing law. This past experience includes Managing Principal of a wealth management firm, CEO of Perlmuter Printing, and
an attorney with Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff of Cleveland, Ohio. He has also actively served as a Trustee on numerous local
philanthropic Boards. Michael is a graduate, cum laude, of Georgetown University and The George Washington University Law
School.

Donald J. Dragony, CPA, CFF, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President & Manager of Business
Interruption Claims
Donald Dragony has been a member of the Sill Company since 1984. He received his Masters Degree in 1987
upon completing his thesis, “Business Interruption Insurance: Representing the Insured”. Don has been a featured author in the
Journal of Accountancy and a guest speaker on business interruption topics to many national trade associations. Don is also certified in
financial forensics (CFF). |

John Woodward, Senior Vice President Emeritus
An adjuster since 1958, and a member of the Sill Company since 1973, John Woodward is a graduate of DePauw
University with a degree in Economics. He served as General Adjuster and Claims Supervisor handling major property loss claims during
fifteen years with the General Adjustment Bureau (GAB) and Buckeye Union Insurance Company. |

Larry E. Sheldon, SPPA, Vice President & Executive General Adjuster
Larry joined the Sill Company in 1971 as a contents appraiser and became a licensed public adjuster in
1978. In his current capacity as an Executive General Adjuster, he is responsible for the control, supervision, and adjustment of major
commercial and industrial property claims. Larry has extensive domestic and international experience in both machinery and equipment and
the adjustment of major claims with emphasis on manufacturing companies. |

Jeffrey O'Connor, SPPA, Regional Vice President
A Regional Vice President, Jeffrey also directs our management team that provides urgent claim assistance
to clients affected by catastrophes throughout North America. He is active in NAPIA and has earned their highest professional designation,
Senior Professional Public Adjuster (SPPA). Jeffrey graduated from Walsh College with multiple majors, has been a licensed public adjuster
since 1985 and joined the Sill Company in 1992. |

Neal J. Novak, Regional Manager
Neal Novak’s experience includes working both on behalf of the policyholder and insurance companies,
agents and brokers. While with Coopers & Lybrand and later with Deloitte & Touche, he provided services on major complex claims in
support of their global clients. Since becoming a public adjuster in 1984, Neal has provided claims management services to a variety of
individuals, companies and institutions. |

Preston L. Hoopes, Regional Manager
Prior to joining the Alex N. Sill Company as a licensed public adjuster, Preston Hoopes represented the
insurance companies for over 15 years. His extensive experience allows Preston to bring with him the leadership skills necessary for
handling major claims. Preston is a graduate of Brigham Young University with degrees in Business Finance and Accounting. |

Larry Gabbard, Regional Manager
A graduate of Indiana University where he studied Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, Larry
Gabbard brings a unique background to the Alex N. Sill Company. A veteran of the construction industry with extensive experience in
business operations, Larry has also spent eight years representing insurance companies. His knowledge and experience allows him to be a
natural advocate for the insured as a licensed public adjuster. |

Dean B. Harclerode, SPPA, Executive General Adjuster
Dean Harclerode has been adjusting losses since 1981. Prior to joining the Sill Company, he represented
the insurance companies for eight years as an independent adjuster, staff adjuster and supervisor for Aetna Life & Casualty.
Designated as a Senior Professional Public Adjuster by the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters, Dean has extensive
experience handling major claims throughout the United States and the Caribbean. |

After attending Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, Michael joined a regional firm of Independent
Insurance Adjusters and was later promoted to Branch Manager. After representing the insurance companies for over ten years, Michael
joined the Alex N. Sill Company as an adjuster. |

Prior to joining the Sill Company as a licensed public adjuster, Michael managed hurricane adjusting
activities for State Farm Insurance Companies and was a Large Loss Specialist for 10 years. Michael is a graduate of Ohio Dominican

Dan’s comprehensive knowledge and perspective of the claims adjustment process comes from prior
experience as both an agent and insurance company adjuster and currently as a public insurance adjuster. Prior to joining the Sill
Company, Dan represented Cincinnati Insurance Company for over eight years on commercial, industrial and residential claims. He is a
graduate of the University of Toledo in Ohio. |

With financial management responsibilities in a variety of industries and several years experience as an
insurance claim auditor for a public accounting firm, Joseph Migliore is uniquely qualified to prepare and present business interruption
claims. He became a certified public accountant in 1978 and is also certified in financial forensics (CFF). |

A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Business Administration, Herbert Smith has a

Chris Jensen has over twelve years of experience preparing appraisals on major property losses. Prior to
joining the Sill Company, Chris was an estimator and project manager for the world’s largest restoration contractor and managed

Keith Brenneman has been a damage appraiser with the Sill Company since 1991 after serving 23 years in the
construction and building restoration industry and is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators. His estimating
experience encompasses all types of property claims including the California earthquakes and storm catastrophes in the Caribbean. |

Orville "Bud" Gibson, Building Consultant
Bud Gibson has over 35 years experience in commercial and residential construction. In 1995, Bud dissolved
his privately owned restoration business to bring his expertise and experience to the Sill Company. He has handled major losses throughout
the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. |

Thomas F. Radel, Manager, Contents Appraisal Department
A graduate from the University of Akron, Tom has worked in the manufacturing sector since 1988 and joined
Sill Company's team of experts in 1999. His experience encompasses a variety of areas including technical operations and original
equipment manufacturing. This expertise allows Tom to analyze and value contents of industrial, commercial and residential
properties. |

A graduate of Indiana University where he majored in finance and economics, Steven Taylor is a licensed
public adjuster and has been on the Sill Company staff since 1981. He has extensive experience in the appraisal and adjustment of all

Jim Ehrbar has been appraising insurance claims since 1983. Prior to joining the Sill Company, he
represented insurance companies for over 14 years as a salvor and contents appraiser. Jim served as a member of the National Catastrophic
Team and has handled large claims nationwide including those caused by Hurricane Hugo, Hurricane Andrew and the Los Angeles Riots. |

Tony Peternelj has extensive experience in property insurance. Prior to joining the Sill Company, he was a
supervisor for a large internet-based insurance company, a commercial underwriter for ten years, and represented the insurance companies
as a licensed property and casualty agent. |
